Job Responsibilities:
Ensure the quantity of physical goods entering and leaving the warehouse matches the system records.
Inspect the appearance and quality of inbound and outbound materials (e.g., damage or deterioration), record any abnormalities, and report them promptly.
Guide handling personnel to stack goods in a standardized manner according to categories, batches and the FIFO principle and update inventory records.
Strictly implement the FIFO principle to prevent material expiration or overstocking
Conduct regular warehouse inspections to monitor storage conditions, including temperature, humidity and pest/moisture prevention, to maintain a safe storage environment.
Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual inventory checks, identify discrepancies and assist in investigating root causes.
Comply with warehouse safety regulations, including fire prevention, anti-theft, and explosion prevention. Regularly inspect fire-fighting equipment and ensure clear access passages.
Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and shelving systems) according to standard procedures to prevent safety accidents.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree .
At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or inventory management experience .
Familiarity with inventory systems and warehouse operations.
Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and safety awareness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
