Background
Prudential Zambia is recruiting ambitious, confident and results-oriented individuals to join its team as Wealth Consultants.
This opportunity is available across multiple locations in Zambia and is suited to candidates who are passionate about financial services, client relationships, sales and wealth creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a portfolio of clients seeking financial and investment solutions.
- Offer tailored advice on savings, insurance and wealth creation products.
- Generate new business through referrals, networking and prospecting.
- Deliver exceptional client service and maintain lasting relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or higher. A degree is an added advantage.
- Prior sales experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Ambitious, confident and results-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
