Job Type: Full-Time

Titan Gateway is seeking a skilled and proactive professional to oversee workshop operations and lead its mechanical team.

AVAILABLE POSITION

Workshop Supervisor – Mechanic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise workshop staff and assign daily tasks
• Enforce health and safety standards within the workshop
• Oversee complex mechanical diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Schedule maintenance activities to minimize vehicle downtime
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance standards
• Manage workshop tools, equipment, and inventory
• Ensure diagnostic equipment is properly maintained and calibrated

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience as a qualified Mechanic
• Relevant Diploma or Technical Certification in Automotive Engineering, Heavy Equipment Repair, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively

Work Hours: 8
