We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and hardworking Yango Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with bicycle riding and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Yango-related services and inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Help onboard and guide clients through available services.
• Maintain professional interaction with customers.
• Promote company services within the assigned area.
• Complete assigned duties efficiently and responsibly.

Requirements

• Must know how to ride a bicycle.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to interact positively with customers.
• Willingness to work within the Kitwe – Riverside area.
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: K1,000
