JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Yard Controller oversees the daily movement of vehicles and materials within the yard, ensuring efficient flow and safe operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate entry, parking, and exit of trucks and trailers.
- Maintain up-to-date yard inventory records.
- Direct drivers and equipment within the yard safely.
- Liaise with dispatch and weighbridge teams.
- Conduct routine checks of yard conditions and report hazards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in yard operations or logistics.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety and traffic management within yards.

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
