About the Apprenticeship Program

Minimum Requirements for Apprenticeship Jobs in Solwezi
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for the apprenticeship:
- Possession of an advanced certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Heavy Equipment Repair
- Graduation year 2024 or later
- Successful completion of all TEVETA examinations
- Valid fitness for duty certificate
- Willingness to participate in Hitachi OEM-led development and mentorship programs
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a safety-critical, disciplined mining environment
