Background
Friendcare Hospital is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling patient payments, issuing receipts and ensuring accurate financial transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process payments (cash, card, transfers)
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate records
- Reconcile daily collections
- Attend to patients professionally and courteously
- Ensure compliance with hospital financial procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a cashier (experience in a hospital/clinic is an added advantage)
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
