Background

Zowe Luxurious Apartments is looking for a professional and experienced Housekeeper to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years proven work experience in housekeeping (hotel, lodge, apartments or similar)
• Knowledge of cleaning standards and hygiene practices
• Honest, reliable and hardworking
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must be a Kabwe resident!!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning clients' rooms and common areas within the apartment
• Changing linen and making beds
• Reporting maintenance issues
• Maintaining high cleanliness standards at all times
• Replenish toiletries and supplies
• Ensure rooms are well-arranged and presentable at all times
• Maintain confidentiality of guests and tenants
• Be punctual and properly dressed
• Provide courteous and respectful service
