JOB DETAILS:
Mukuba Pension Trust wishes to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the following vacant position:
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT TREASURY
Job Purpose
To make payments in accordance with the Trust set standard and procedures, maintain and reconciliation of books. .

Duties and responsibilities
• Conducts reconciliation of the daily cash flow to ensure that all payments, bank deposits and withdrawals are accounted for.
• Maintains petty cash in order to facilitate business transactions requiring immediate cash.
• Makes advance payments and ensures that they are retired as per laid down procedures.
• Making payments and issuing receipts
• Compiling monthly reports.
• Performs any other duties deemed necessary by the Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience
• ZICA Licentiate/ Diploma in Accounts/ CIMA Managerial
• Good knowledge on Sage Pastel and Excel
• 2 years experience in a similar position
• Personal attributes should include integrity and reliability
• Must be astute, versatile, self-driven and well-motivated
• Drivers License is an added advantage
