JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

• Handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency using cash, card, and digital payment methods
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a friendly checkout experience
• Manage cash drawers, perform end-of-day reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with inventory tracking by reporting low stock levels or discrepancies to supervisors
• Collaborate with sales staff to promote special offers or products during transactions

Requirements:

• Must possess a Grade 12 certificate
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be a Ndola resident or willing to relocate to Ndola
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
• A business course, prior cash handling experience, or familiarity with POS systems will be considered an added advantage
