JOB DETAILS:
A reputable company specializing in building and civil work projects. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer/Construction Manager to join our dynamic team.

Qualifications and Experience:
- BENG in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Registration with the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in setting out various building structures, including steel buildings and double-storey constructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints
- Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and other relevant documentation to management and clients
