JOB DETAILS:

Location: Kitwe, Zambia
Salary: K4,000 (Gross)
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 3 to 4 years

260 Brands is seeking a reliable and experienced Depot Supervisor to manage operations at our Kitwe depot. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a solid background in depot or warehouse management, and must be currently based in Kitwe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily depot operations, including inventory, dispatch, and receiving
• Ensure accurate stock control and documentation
• Supervise depot staff and coordinate schedules
• Maintain safety and operational standards
• Report regularly to the management team

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in a depot, warehouse, or distribution center
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be based in Kitwe
• Ability to work under minimal supervision

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
