Position Title: Digital Sales Assistant (Tablet-Based)
Minimum Qualifications:
Basic computer literacy – ability to navigate apps, images, and product lists on a tablet
Comfortable using Android or iOS tablets
Good communication and customer service skills
Preferred Skills/Experience (Optional but Beneficial):
Previous experience in retail or furniture/appliance sales
Knowledge of the products we sell (e.g., stoves, TVs, fridges, etc.)
Basic understanding of product specifications (e.g., screen size, wattage, energy efficiency, etc.)
Confidence when presenting or explaining features to customers
Responsibilities:
Use a tablet to display and explain products and specifications to customers
Assist walk-in clients by showing images, details, and prices
Keep the tablet updated and organized with correct information
