JOB DETAILS:

Role Overview:

• Support various operational tasks, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas
• Assist with inventory management by moving stock, organizing storage areas, and supporting restocking efforts
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and assembling as directed by supervisors
• Help maintain equipment and report maintenance needs to ensure a safe working environment
• Provide backup support to other departments during peak times or staff shortages

Requirements:

• Must possess a Grade 12 certificate
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be a Ndola resident or willing to relocate to Ndola
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends
• A business course or prior work experience in a similar role will be considered an added advantage
