JOB DETAILS:
Soonjust Logistics Zambia Limited is a growing and dynamic logistics company committed to excellence in transportation and fleet management services. We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Oversee payroll coordination and staff welfare issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives
- Prepare HR reports and assist management with decision-making
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role (experience in logistics is an added advantage)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- should be a registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
- Must be proficient in PAYE, NHIMA ,NAPSA and Payroll counting .
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
