Good Neighbors Zambia invites qualified Companies & Drilling companies to submit bids for the installation of water schemes at the following secondary schools in Lusaka Province:
Lot 1: Nkomeshya Secondary School & Kapete Secondary School
Lot 2: Mulalika Secondary School & Kampekete Secondary School
SCOPE OF WORK
The project involves:
Clearing the site.
Supplying all construction materials.
Fabrication and erection of a 10,000L tank stand.
Installation of solar panels.
Construction of a wire fence.
Replacement of the pump from AC to DC.
Constructing and completing the water schemes.
Important Note: Due to poor road conditions during the rainy season, careful planning for material delivery is required.
Bidding Requirements
Interested companies must submit the following documents:
1. Company Profile
2. Registration Certificate (PACRA or Registrar of Societies)
3. Valid TPIN and Tax Clearance Certificate
4. Proof of Physical Address
5. Worker’s Compensation Certificate
6. EIZ Certificate
7. Valid WARMA Certificate
8. Bank Statement
9. Letter of Bid
Submission Details

Deadline: March 28, 2025, at 17:00 hours.
