We are a leading company seeking skilled and motivated professionals to join our team. Applications are invited for the following positions:

1. Factory Shift Superintendent (1 Position)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to manage shift operations and ensure safety compliance

Responsibilities:

• Oversee factory operations during assigned shifts
• Coordinate maintenance and production activities
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Supervise and motivate shift staff

2. Machinist (2 Positions)

Requirements:

• Craft Certificate in Machining or related field
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in machining
• Proficiency in operating lathes, milling machines, or CNC equipment
• Attention to detail and precision in work

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machining equipment
• Produce parts according to technical specifications
• Conduct quality checks on finished products
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize processes

3. Control Room Operator (6 Positions)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience is an added advantage
