POSITION : SALES REPRESENTATIVES
CONTRACT : PERMANENT
LOCATION : COUNTRY WIDE
REPORTS TO : SALES MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Identify sales and market growth opportunities within assigned territories
- Plan, prioritize and execute daily, weekly and monthly sales activities
- Conduct customer calls in line with approved call schedules
- Achieve volume, market share and distribution targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure effective in-trade execution including availability, pricing, visibility and promotions
- Generate customer orders and complete sales administration accurately and on time
- Conduct in-trade audits and ensure POSM is properly deployed and collected
- Utilize sales and information systems effectively to track performance
- Control expenditure within approved budgets
- Uphold company standards, policies and corporate image
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum: Diploma or Degree in Sales / Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales
- At least 1 year as a Sales Representative in a similar environment
- Ideal: 3+ years’ experience in FMCG sales
- Valid driver’s license
