INVITATION TO TENDER

SOS/NO11/12/23: TENDER FOR CONTRACTOR TO DO MODIFICATION AND REPAIR WORKS IN THE FAMILY HOUSES AT SOS CHILDRENS VILLAGES LUSAKA.

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia has set aside funds in the 2023 budget under the maintenance department for modification and repair works in the family houses at Lusaka children’s village.

SOS Children’s Villages Zambia is now inviting capable and registered Contractors from the general public to carry out modification and repair works.

Note that all interested contractors are required to do the site visit at SOS Children’s Village along Great North Road on Wednesday 12^th December, 2023 and Thursday 13^th December, 2023 between 08:00hrs and 17:00hrs.

In order to qualify for participation, contractors must submit the following documentation as part of the bid.

• Business registration certificates (PACRA Incorporation certificate)
• Valid tax clearance certificate
• Valid PACRA Annual returns
• Fully priced quotation with payment terms (SOS Children’s Villages Zambia does not offer advance payment. All payments will be made immediately after completion of works).

Eligible Contractors can obtain further information at SOS Children’s Villages, Plot number 20092,

All bids/quotations must be submitted electronically to the email below on or before 17:00hrs on Saturday 16^th December, 2023. Late bids will be rejected.
