Background
Our client in the retail industry is seeking experienced and results-driven professionals to fill the position of a Trainee Manager
Ideal for ambitious retail professionals looking to grow into management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular floor supervision
- Ensure correct stock placement and price display
- Implement FIFO and reduce expiries
- Supervise merchandisers and shelf packers
- Support POS monitoring and prevent fraud
- Handle customer escalations
- Assist Store & Assistant Store Manager
Requirements:
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong leadership potential
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving ability
