Job Summary
• Project a hospitable, polite, friendly, warm attitude to all customers
• Display a strong “team player” approach and have patience with colleagues, assist in developing a great team spirit and working environment.
• Always maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety
• Be attentive and anticipate all customers’ needs, also double-check all food and beverages before serving.
• Have good communication skills with colleagues, management and customers.

Academic Qualifications and Experience
• GCE O’Level Certificate
• Food Production Hotel and Catering Certificate or Diploma
• At least one year practical experience in the hospitality industry
