Background

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced Accountants to oversee the organisation’s financial function and report directly to the Board of Directors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Full membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) or a recognised Accounting Body
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) validated qualifications
• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of ZRA and statutory compliance

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Board
• Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and other statutory obligations
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors
• Maintain strong internal financial controls
• Advise the Board on financial performance and risk
