About the Accounts Assistant Role

As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This position demands strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Requirements for Accounts Assistant Jobs in Lusaka

• Qualification of ZICA, ACCA, or CIMA Level II, or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Mandatory Grade 12 certificate.
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAGE ERP.
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial records and reconciliations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of statutory obligations including PAYE, VAT, and NAPSA compliance.
• High accuracy with excellent attention to detail.
