ADDENDUM NOTICE FOR SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF SOLAR SYSTEMS AT THREE HEALTH FACILITIES IN MONGU DISTRICT

Tender name: Supply and Installation of Solar Systems at Three Health Facilities in Mongu District – Lukalanya, Litawa, and Mongu District Hospital Maternity, Western Province

This notice serves as an official addendum to the above-referenced tender. The purpose of this addendum is to provide clarifications and issue a corrected Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for the works to be undertaken at 3 health facilities in Mongu

Clarifications:

1. The scope of work and quantities remains unchanged; however, battery specifications in the original BOQ have been revised for accuracy.
2. The corrected BOQ reflects the following:

• Updated specifications for batteries.

Action Required:

• All bidders are advised to use the corrected BOQ attached to this notice and attached tender document when preparing their submissions.
• Previous versions of the BOQ should be disregarded.

To this effect, the invitation to tender has been extended and bis should be submitted no later than 17:00 Hrs Local time on Wednesday 26th^th of November 2025 using the Bidder Response Document provided in Part 3 of each respective tender pack, follow the link below;
