JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Lady with strong working knowledge of the auto-parts business to join our automobile spares shop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers and accurately identify the correct auto parts
- Sell products, issue receipts, and handle payments accurately
- Promote available stock, new arrivals, and special offers
- Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and order in the shop
- Monitor stock levels and report fast-moving or low stock items
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Support marketing through WhatsApp and social media platforms
- Work honestly, follow shop procedures, and safeguard shop assets
Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience working in an auto spares / auto-parts shop
- Good working knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to use WhatsApp for customer communication and marketing
- Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
Compensation
Salary: ZMW 1,800 – 2,000 per month
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
