Role Description

The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage the loan portfolio, lead the branch team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key duties include:

• Managing branch operations and daily activities.
• Supervising and supporting field officers.
• Monitoring loan performance, collections and repayments.
• Ensuring proper loan documentation and processes.
• Growing the branch customer base.
• Preparing branch performance reports.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with Dosh policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Experience in microfinance, banking or financial services preferred.
• Experience managing a team and working with targets.
• Strong understanding of lending and collections
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse reports and make decisions.
• High integrity and accountability.
• Computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets/loan systems) an advantage.
