Job Requirements for Business Manager (Industrial & Commercial & Government Projects)
1. Have 5-10 years or more of project development experience in the photovoltaic and energy storage field, be familiar with the full business chain of solar water pumping, photovoltaic power generation, energy storage and photovoltaic power sales. Candidates with successful cases of independent project operation are preferred.
2. Be familiar with local new energy and industrial/commercial support policies, possess strong government project docking capabilities, and be able to independently complete negotiations, project approval communication and relationship maintenance with government departments to promote compliant project implementation.
3. Be proficient in industrial and commercial customer development, capable of independently expanding diverse business clients including private enterprises, factories, mines, breeding operations, planting businesses, small workshops and chain stores, and accurately identify customer energy needs to formulate customized solutions.
4. Possess comprehensive full-cycle project management capabilities, covering demand research, scheme design, business negotiation, contract signing, delivery follow-up and after-sales maintenance, to ensure both project profit and schedule targets are met.
5. Have keen market insight and risk prediction ability, and be able to timely capture industry policy changes and market opportunities to dynamically adjust project development strategies.
6. Have excellent communication, coordination and business negotiation skills, as well as strong pressure resistance, and be able to independently handle complex project scenarios and customer needs to maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships.
7. Highly recognize the company's strategic planning, have strong execution capability, obey work arrangements, and be willing to accept cross-regional business trips and project resident assignments.
8. Candidates with relevant new energy industry qualification certificates (such as Photovoltaic Engineer, Project Management Professional) will be given priority.
