JOB OPPORTUNITY: CALL CENTRE AGENTS

Exponent Bizolution is seeking vibrant and enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• A Diploma in any relevant field (certificate holders are welcome to apply)
• Previous work experience in a call centre or customer service environment (experience in other fields will also be considered)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls
• Provide accurate information and quality customer service
• Log and escalate customer queries where necessary
• Meet daily and monthly performance KPIs
• Maintain professional conduct at all times

WORK HOURS: 8-hour shifts (details to be confirmed)

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Minimum 12 months

EDUCATION LEVEL: Associate Degree preferred (certificate holders are welcome to apply)
