JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are looking for a motivated and reliable property caretaker. You will be in-house living on the property.
Responsibilities
Position include: gardening, hosting new airbnb clients, buying essentials for the houses, like fuel (generator), basic needs for the fridges. You will be also responsible for the security/safety of our tenants, see who is entering the property and what the purpose is of their visit. You will keep track of things in a daily log book.
Qualifications
Required min grade 9 and English speaking.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
