RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to prepare a wide range of dishes including local and international cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of pasta preparation (fresh and dry pasta) and sauce making.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• High level of cleanliness, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to work long standing hours.

QUALIFUCATIONS

• Must have completed Grade 12 with a full certificate.
• Must have a Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field (added advantage).
• Must have minimum 3 years Proven experience as a Chef handling both pasta and general menu items.
• Should be neat, organized, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be punctual and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
