We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Performance Supervisor with a strong background in payroll and performance management. The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing company with over 500 employees, have handson experience using payroll systems, and have successfully implemented performance management programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on compensation and performance management
- Experience in the manufacturing industry with 500+ employees preferred
- Proficiency in payroll system operation and salary calculation review
- Experience in implementing performance appraisal schemes
- Strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills
- Review payroll calculations for accuracy
- Follow up on salary adjustments, including quarterly promotion-based adjustments for production staff
- Collect and review monthly performance appraisal data from all departments to ensure fairness and accuracy
- Supervise the implementation of the performance appraisal process and ensure all stages are completed on time
- Assist in developing and improving performance management policies and KPIs
- Organize and conduct performance management training to enhance managers' and employees' understanding and application of the system
- Compile and analyze performance results to support decisions on salary adjustments, promotions, and talent development
- Maintain and manage relationships with the Social Security Bureau and other relevant authorities
- Assist in external salary surveys
- Support annual manpower cost budgeting and other compensation/performance-related projects
- Proficiency in payroll system operation and salary calculation review
- Strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
