JOB DETAILS:
Background information about the job or company:
We’re hiring a passionate Content Creator who can design clean visuals, shoot/edit short videos, make simple animations, and confidently speak on camera. If you’re creative, fast, and love bringing ideas to life, we want you.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Design social posts and simple campaign assets (templates, carousels, posters).
- Shoot and edit short videos/Reels with captions and overlays.
- Create basic animations/motion graphics (or learn quickly on the job).
- Record short PR/presenter clips (you’re comfortable on camera).
- Write short, clear captions and manage posting/engagement.
- Report on performance and iterate what works.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Graphics: Canva (Pro) or Adobe Express/Photoshop/Illustrator (basic–intermediate).
- Video: CapCut or Premiere Rush (trim, captions, transitions, music).
- Animation: Simple motion (CapCut keyframes, Canva Animate, or willingness to learn AE).
- PR/On-camera: Clear speaking voice, presentable, confident.
- Copy: Clean, simple English; local tone when needed.
Experience needed:
Open to self-taught creators, Mass Communication, Journalism, or I.T. backgrounds.

Location & hours: Lusaka (hybrid). Occasional on-site/field shoots.
Compensation: Competitive, market-aligned (commensurate with experience and portfolio).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
