Background information about the job or company:
We're looking for a dedicated and hardworking Cropping Team Member to join our Cropping Department. The successful candidate will support all field operations — from land preparation and planting to crop maintenance, harvesting, and equipment care.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Assist with land preparation, planting, spraying, and harvesting.
- Support fertilizer and pest control programs under supervision.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and field hygiene standards.
- Report daily on going progress and field conditions.
Qualifications or requirements:
- Experience in farm or cropping operations preferred.
- Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and maintain high safety standards.
- Physically fit and reliable with a positive attitude.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
