Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely payments from clients, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in managing client accounts and improving collection performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure all clients make payments on time and follow up promptly on outstanding invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with the finance department on payment tracking.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize overdue accounts.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular client visits and engagement meetings to strengthen relationships.
- Prepare regular reports on client performance, payment status, and account updates.
- Negotiate payment plans where necessary while protecting company interests.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records in the company database.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Must be female.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong background in credit control, collections, and client account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Results-oriented and target-driven.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
