Job Purpose:
To accurately input, manage, and maintain company data in digital systems and support reporting functions with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. The role also requires the ability to visualize data through graphs and dashboards to assist in effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data from various sources into Excel or designated systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and other records regularly.
- Prepare routine and ad-hoc reports as per the requirements of various departments.
- Create and update dashboards, charts, and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Always ensure data confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to obtain necessary data and ensure smooth information flow.
- Support in preparing PowerPoint presentations with embedded charts and visuals.
- Perform any other administrative or support tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience in data entry and database management.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to create professional graphs, charts, and dashboards in Excel.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualities:
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles.
- Prior experience in a similar administrative or MIS role.
- Familiarity with Excel functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, and Charts.
