. Scope of Work
The selected audit firm will be required to:
- Conduct an audit of AUCC’s financial statements for the project period.
- Review internal control systems, accounting procedures, and compliance with donor and organizational policies.
- Identify any internal control weaknesses and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare an audit report and management letter detailing all findings.
- Present the audit findings to AUCC management and the Board when required.
