JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Poultry Management:
- Daily care and management of chickens (broilers and layers)
- Experience in brooding, feeding, watering, and monitoring bird health
- Cleaning and disinfecting poultry houses
- Collecting eggs and maintaining production records
- Identifying and reporting diseases or abnormal behavior
Onion Gardening:
- Land preparation, planting, and transplanting onions
- Watering, fertilizing, and weeding onion fields
- Pest and disease control specific to onion crops
- Harvesting, grading, and storage of onions
- Maintaining garden hygiene and productivity
REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 25 to 45 years
- Minimum qualification: Certificate or Diploma in Agriculture OR proven practical experience in farming
- Hands-on experience in:
- Poultry farming (broilers & layers)
- Brooding and flock management
- Onion cultivation (planting to harvest)
- Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment
- Honest, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Basic record-keeping skills
- Good communication skills
