Job Opportunity: Farm Supervisor (Maize & Dairy)

A farm in Chongwe, Lusaka is looking for a hands-on and experienced Farm Supervisor to manage a 10-acre maize enterprise, with additional involvement in dairy operations.

Job Details

• Location: Chongwe, Lusaka
• Position: Full-Time
• Benefit: Free accommodation

Primary Role

• Manage and oversee maize production across 10 acres, including different varieties.

Additional Role

• Support and be assessed on dairy operations involving Holstein, Jersey and mixed breeds.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years practical experience in crop and/or dairy farming.
• Diploma or Certificate in Agriculture or a related field.
• Strong experience in maize production is highly important.
• Must be hands-on, disciplined and results-driven.

Added Advantages

• AI (Artificial Insemination) knowledge.
• Assisted delivery skills.
• Hay making and feed management.
• Knowledge of dairy supplements.
• Valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily maize production activities.
