Internship Opportunity: Finance and Administration Intern
Equip Garment Factory is looking for a Finance and Administration Intern to support daily financial and administrative operations within the organization.
This internship is not a paid position, however transport support will be provided. We strongly encourage applications from candidates who live near the factory for convenience.
Preferred applicants:
Individuals residing around 2nd Street, Ibex Hill, or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recording daily financial transactions.
- Support the preparation and organization of receipts, invoices, and payment records.
- Help maintain financial and administrative files and documentation.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry.
- Support payroll preparation and administrative reporting.
- Assist in managing office supplies and administrative tasks.
- Help update spreadsheets and financial records.
- Support coordination of internal documents and filing systems.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
