Program Overview

The Yalelo Graduate Trainee Program is an intensive 12-month development program that nurtures smart young people who are eager to start a career in the fish industry.

Key Graduate Trainee Responsibilities;

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across key departments
• Gain a holistic understanding of how each function contributes to overall business success
• Work on assigned projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
• Participate in leadership development sessions and on-the-job training
• Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve operations.
• Prepare project reports and present key learnings to management after each rotation

• Bachelor’s degree (Merit or better)
• Graduation between 2023–2025
• Full Grade 12 Certificate with good grades
• All academic qualifications should be ZAQA Certified
