We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – Human Capital and Talent Management to lead and strengthen the people function for a growing organization in the real estate and property development sector.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy, managing talent, and fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement human resource strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and overall talent management processes
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies
- Drive learning, development, and staff capacity-building initiatives
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
- Provide HR analytics and reports to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Registered member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM)
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the real estate or property development sector
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
