JOB DETAILS:
Role:
The Human Resource Officer will support the organization in managing its workforce and HR processes.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in Human Resource or administrative roles
Knowledge of Zambian labour laws and HR best practices
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
