JOB DETAILS:
Background
We are seeking a qualified Human Resource Manager to manage and provide strategic direction to the organisation’s human resource function.
Minimum Requirements:
- Full membership with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM)
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) validated qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies
- Advise the Board on labour relations, disciplinary matters, and compliance
- Oversee recruitment, performance management, and staff records
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Prepare manpower reports and submit updates directly to the Board
- Provide an updated list of all employees and statutory deductions
Work Hours: 8

Level of Education: bachelor degree
