We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the efficient operation of all computer systems, networks, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, desktops, and laptops across the organization.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Administer and enforce IT department policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of IT incidents, system issues, maintenance activities, and backup schedules.
- Liaise with software vendors and service providers to resolve operational and technical issues.
- Provide support and maintenance for Microsoft Windows operating systems and related applications.
- Manage and administer Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Server, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor routers, switches, and other network infrastructure devices.
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV surveillance systems.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Monitor network performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and security.
- Provide end-user training and guidance on IT systems, software applications, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ensure IT equipment and systems comply with company standards and security requirements.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and IT projects as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in IT administration, network management, or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft Exchange environments.
- Knowledge of network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, and wireless networks).
- Experience configuring routers, switches, and network security devices.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, backup procedures, and disaster recovery practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), or equivalent will be an added advantage.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
