INVITATION FOR SUPPLIERS’ REGISTRATION FOR 2026 TO 2027

We Effect invites reputable, qualified and experienced suppliers to register for inclusion in our 2026 to 2027 Supplier Database. The database will be used for sourcing goods, works and services as needs arise for the period 2026 to 2027.

We are seeking registration from suppliers in the following categories:

• Office supplies & stationery
• Office Furniture
• Printing and branding services
• ICT equipment & services
• Property maintenance & Landscaping
• Car Hire services
• Travel agencies
• Machinery servicing and repairs
• Accommodation and conferencing services (Lusaka, Eastern, Southern, Central, Western, Copperbelt)
• Outside catering services (Lusaka)
• Cleaning materials & services
• Telephone and internet services
• Mail couriers and shipment
• Sanitation services
• Vehicle registration/licencing agents
• Insurance and brokers
• Vehicle supply and servicing
• Auction services
• Supply and servicing of fire extinguishers 
• Security services
• Recruitment consultancy
• Real estate services
• Translation services (local and international)
• General supplies

Requirements:

Interested suppliers must submit:

• Application letter indicating the speciality in subject line
• Company profile, with contact details
• Certificate of incorporation
• Tpin registration
• Relevant licences or professional certifications
• At least two past performance references for related fields.

Submission Details:

Completed registration documents of the hard copies, should be sealed and delivered to: Plot no 93, Kudu Road, Kabulonga, Lusaka. For those outside Lusaka, you can email to procurement.zambia@weeffect.org

Deadline: 30th January 2026 at 16:30 hours

Only suppliers who meet the minimum requirements will be considered for inclusion. Registration does not guarantee award of business but enables participation in future procurement opportunities.

Existing suppliers are encouraged to submit/resubmit should they need to be reconsidered.
