CONSTRUCTION OF FOUR SOLAR POWERED WATER RETICULATION SYSTEMS

TENDER NO. ZRCS/NLRC/SPWR/25

Background

The Zambia Red Cross society with support from the Netherlands Red Cross is implementing a Water and Sanitation Project aimed at improving the WASH infrastructure at the selected schools as well as reduce possible disease outbreaks emanating from poor water supply and sanitation during emergencies.

It is from this brief background that ZRCS is requesting Eligible Bidders to submit offers for Upgrading Four Boreholes with solar water systems.

Bidders must strictly adhere to all the requirements of this RFP. No changes, substitutions or other alterations to the rules and provisions stipulated in this RFP may be made or assumed unless it is instructed or approved in writing by the ZRCS in the form of supplemental information to the RFP. Any Bid submitted will be regarded as an offer by the bidder and does not constitute or imply the acceptance of any bid by the ZRCS. The ZRCS is under no obligation to award a contract to any Bidder because of this RFP.

 Site visit is Compulsory dates 22^nd and 23^rd January

Submission of Offer

All proposals CLEARLY MARKED WITH TENDER NUMBER must be dropped in the Tender box to the following address in a sealed envelope on 6^th February 2026 at 2:00PM or earlier, Zambia local time
