JOB DETAILS:
Role overview
The main purpose of this role is to conduct and support key operational maintenance activities across Hungry Lion Zambia, and track ongoing maintenance & adherence.
Duties/responsibilities
Maintenance Operations
• Complete all assigned real time calls logged by the stores across Hungry Lion.
• Identify, validate and address any troubleshooting issues.
• Identify and highlight trends in maintenance requests, vendor behaviour or service delivery issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Validate invoice and job cards with call reference authorisation with vendors to ensure that the call-out procedure is always adhered to.
• Keep accurate records and regularly update the asset register.
• Liaise with all stakeholders as required and escalate any issues raised.
Maintenance Vendor Management
• Record and update ongoing vendor network files.
• Ensure vendors’ adherence to maintenance and billing processes.
• Liaise with all stakeholders as required and escalate any issues raised.
• Engage new vendors to register on the network when identified for areas or services required.
• Communicate any objections/issues with stakeholders and negotiate to resolution.
• Keep accurate records and update and review the maintenance service and parts price file.
• Resolve all maintenance requests timeously as per standards set.
• Ensure vendors always uphold quality standards and always follow regulations.

Essential:
• Henny Penny Certification or experience maintaining Henny Pennys.
• Taylor Certification or experience maintaining Taylor Ice Cream machines.
• General plumbing experience and knowledge.
Desirable:
• Certified electrician.
