JOB DETAILS:
JOB PURPOSE: To nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company,
grow the market share and ensure retained competitiveness and
innovation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Master’s Degree in in business administration, marketing or a related field
• 8 years of successful previous experience as a marketing and sales officer or manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Committed to continuous professional development (CPD)
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
• Valid Driving Licence

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the marketing and sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Working with various forms of media, including print, broadcast and digital
• Using social media effectively as a marketing tool
• Proficiency with computer programs, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Self-management and motivation with excellent planning, organising and problem solving skills
