JOB OPPORTUNITY

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology, accounting systems, business process improvement, and client engagement to help organizations transform their operations through Odoo ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Business Development

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions.
  • Generating leads and building a strong client pipeline.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and client presentations.
  • Preparing proposals, quotations, and implementation plans.
  • Meeting sales and business growth targets.

ERP Implementation

  • Gathering and analyzing client business requirements.
  • Configuring and implementing Odoo ERP modules.
  • Managing data migration and system testing.
  • Conducting user training and supporting system go-live activities.
  • Providing post-implementation support and customer success services.

Client Support

  • Providing ongoing technical and functional support.
  • Developing user manuals and training materials.
  • Assisting clients with business process optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in ERP implementation, business systems, accounting software, or related consulting roles.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be an added advantage.
  • Experience with Odoo ERP will be highly preferred.

  • Strong IT and accounting knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Business analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to conduct training and system demonstrations.

  • Ability to travel within Zambia when required.
