We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Cosmetology Trainer to deliver practical, learner-centred cosmetology training for a one-month short-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical cosmetology training (hairdressing, beauty therapy, basic skincare, and related areas).
- Prepare lesson plans and facilitate learner-centred training sessions using appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Demonstrate correct use of cosmetology tools and equipment.
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support basic administration, including attendance registers and brief training reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of practical industry or training experience.
- Demonstrated ability to apply effective teaching and learning methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to youth development.
- TEVETA accreditation will be an added advantage.
Contract Terms
- Part-time, short-term engagement for one (1) month.
- Competitive short-term rate, commensurate with experience.
