We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Cosmetology Trainer to deliver practical, learner-centred cosmetology training for a one-month short-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical cosmetology training (hairdressing, beauty therapy, basic skincare, and related areas).
• Prepare lesson plans and facilitate learner-centred training sessions using appropriate teaching methodologies.
• Demonstrate correct use of cosmetology tools and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Support basic administration, including attendance registers and brief training reports.

Minimum Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of practical industry or training experience.
• Demonstrated ability to apply effective teaching and learning methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to youth development.
• TEVETA accreditation will be an added advantage.

Contract Terms

• Part-time, short-term engagement for one (1) month.
• Competitive short-term rate, commensurate with experience.
